Why are there yellow bars in front of parking spots by Allman and why can't I get in?

The yellow gated area of the parking lot in front of the Allman Center is opened after 5:00 p.m. and from that point onward, students are allowed to park in those spots.

If you are on campus for testing, you will either be told specifically where to park, or you can come into the Allman Center or the Robert L. Strickland Center to get a Day Pass which will allow you to park anywhere on campus (these passes are only good for the day that the paper is dated for)!
