A number of curriculum courses provide the opportunity to earn non-transferable course credit by passing a proficiency exam. Interested students must speak with the Dean or Department Chair of the course and obtain a signed Proficiency Exam Request Form. They will pay the $20 fee at the cashier’s window. Some exams are offered through the Academic Testing Center in Hauser Hall, room 254. Initial contact should be with the instructional division, but for questions about the test appointment should be directed to the Academic Testing Center.
