GED – (General Education Development)

Modified on Fri, 1 Mar at 11:39 AM

The GED (add symbol) is a long running and well-known exam for high school equivalency. It is so widely known that people who call to inquire about high school equivalency may ask for it by name, but the name of the exam should not be confused with the high school equivalency program at Forsyth Tech.  If individuals are interested in taking classes to help them prepare for the high school equivalency, they should be directed to the West Campus- CCR email and 336.764..  If they have questions about taking the actual GED exam, it is a PearsonVue exam and they should be instructed to register for the exam at www.pearson.com. The exam is one of many given in the Davis iTech Testing Center, in room 413 of the Technology Building.
