Medical Coding Program

These four classes prepare students to take the AAPC National Exam. Medical Coding CPT, Medical Coding ICD-10 and the AAPC Certification Exam Review all require current edition coding reference manuals. 

1. Must have HS (or college) diploma/transcript or equivalent (must show proof via diploma or transcript)

2. Must be registered no fewer than 3 days before start date of class

3. Must have current email address and must set up a Forsyth Tech email address

4. Must take and pass Medical Terminology with an 80 or above first before registering for the ICD-10 or CPT coding classes.

*Note:  Registrations within 3 days of the class start date must be approved by the Coordinator
